🏡 Airbnb Notes

Indoor cameras are not allowed. Airbnb bans indoor cameras entirely, and undisclosed exterior cameras get listings removed. Every design here is exterior-only and disclosed in your listing.
Noise monitoring, not audio recording. Decibel-threshold devices are permitted and disclosed. Anything that records audio is not - I will not design it.
I do the tech, not the listing copy. Pricing strategy, photography, and listing optimization are outside what I do well. I will happily refer you to people who do.
Combined discount: Book Airbnb with any homeowner, A/V, or small business consult and take 15% off total hours.

💼 Small Business Notes

You own everything. Domain, hosting account, DNS, and repo are registered in your name. If you ever stop working with me, nothing is held hostage.
Static by default. Most small business sites do not need a database. Static hosting means near-zero cost, nothing to hack, and pages that load instantly.
Not a PCI assessor. I will segment your POS onto its own VLAN and follow your processor's guidance, but formal PCI compliance work needs a qualified assessor.
Ongoing support at $150/hr, or ask about a flat monthly retainer if you want someone on call.
